Hello and welcome to Alija designs. OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS Firstly we would like you to note that when the following terms are used they are in reference to Alija and staff as a company: - “We”, “Us”, “Our” or “Here”. Orders When an order has been placed and confirmed, NO changes to the original order will or can be made. If you forget to purchase an additional item, you will have to place an additional order. Once an order has been made you will be held responsible for the payment of the order. Do not confirm an order and then fail to make payment of said order, as legal action will be taken. A customer is prohibited from purchasing goods from Alija for the purpose of resale, and or sale to other persons whether a business or non-business, goods are only for personal use including gifts. However, the buyer is responsible on behalf of another for their personal use if the gift is given. A breach of this will result in cancellation and/or refusal of registration and service with Alija and possible legal action. Currency All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) Payment At Alija online, we accept Mastercard, Visa and Paypal. If you have opted to use the cheque service via Paypal, the order will only be processed when the payments are cleared and the status in your account is updated to complete. Please allow 3 - 5 business days of processing and delivery. Delivery Alija delivers Australia wide. There is a flat rate of $10 for all deliveries under 3kgs. All orders are dispatched in Express Post Satchels and upon receipt of payment tracking number is provided via a confirmation email. Please allow 3-6 business days for processing and delivery. However this is subject to destination and product availability. Please visit Australia Post to find out if your region falls under the express post network or not. Overseas orders can be made, however postage and handling charges will need to be calculated at time of checkout. International items are sent via FEDEX also providing a tracking number. Please note - All prices, shipping and handling do not include relevant custom duties or taxes that may be incurred and charged when shipped overseas. Please check with your local custom offices for further details. Contact Details Please ensure your contact details are up to date and correct before placing an order. Email address and phone numbers need to be correct as they are used if we need to contact you regarding your order. Billing Address Please ensure you fill out all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk * Shipping Address Please note we are unable to deliver to a PO Box. If you intend to send a gift, the billing address will be your address and the shipping address will be to the person you are sending the gift to. Additional Gift Wrapping incurs a $6 Charge. Return Policy At Alija we pride ourselves on our quality and customer service. We Refund only for Faulty Products and not change of mind purchases. Size changes can be made however additional postage costs must be covered by you, we are not held responsible for these items and correct size must also be in stock or else you will need to wait for a new shipment which may take up to 2 weeks. The return of an item due to being faulty, damaged or size related must be made within 14 days. Over 14 days, no refund or exchange will be given for any reason. We cannot exchange any product that has been used due to hygiene reasons so please try to understand. Product Information Effort is made to display accurately the colours of products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, there is no guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. All sizes and measurements stated are approximate sizes and measurements. Every effort is made to ensure accuracy. All reasonable care is taken to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Alija reserves the right to refuse orders where product information has been published in error and this includes but is not limited to incorrect or misstated prices and promotions. Prices are subject to change without notice. Security Any personal information that you submit will be protected by our secure server. We might, on occasions, use this information to notify you of any important changes to our site or any special promotions that may be of interest to you. However, www.alija.com.au will not sell or trade your personal information to any third party organizations or individuals without your consent other than third party suppliers in the delivery of services you have agreed to, or if we are requested to do so by a law enforcement agency in relation to a suspected breach of any law.
